We have a dedicated support mailbox to help you with any issues you may be having in accessing your course. You can contact support@informationgovernanceservices.com and explain your issue. A member of the team will investigate the issue and get back in touch with you as soon as practicable.

How do I Access My module?

After purchasing the module, a link will appear on the screen which will provide you with access to the course. Additionally, you will be sent an email with an invoice which will have the link to the course within it. Finally, in your account settings on our site, you will be able to see a link to the course in the ‘Orders’ tab.

Do I Need an account to access a training module??

Why am I not able to access the next section of the course?

Our courses are designed to be taken linearly, meaning that you are required to complete each step to progress to the next one. Where our courses have a quiz to ensure that you understand and have learned the content, you are required to achieve at least 80% or higher to pass the quiz and progress. There is no limit on the amount of times you can take a quiz.

When do my modules expire after I purchase them?

All training modules will expire within 1 year of purchase of the training module in question.

Do I Get a certificate when i finish my course?

Absolutely! Once you have successfully completed the course, you will be prompted to download your certificate on the course page

If I am buying courses for multiple people, is there a discount in the price?

If you are purchasing courses for a high number of people, we are happy to apply a discretionary discount on a case-by-case basis.

Aside from the training modules, do you undertake bespoke training for me and my organisation?

Yes, absolutely! We provide routine training to a number of organisations on a number of data protection, information governance and data and AI ethics.
