Rafaela is a Data Protection Advisor who qualified as a lawyer in Brazil, where she worked for the public and private sectors over the last ten years, focusing on Intellectual Property Law, Criminal Law, and Contract management. She holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property & Information Law from King’s College London, from which she combined her knowledge in Intellectual Property Law with her interest in Data Protection, especially regarding research and development. With a well-rounded technical base, Rafaela seeks to understand clients’ needs and aspirations in order to provide them with highly efficient guidance and solutions.
